Spring awakening at Hutschenreuther

With spring, nature awakens to new life and this year's exclusive collection from Hutschenreuther brings the magic of Easter directly into the home. Enchanting porcelain creations come with lovingly designed animal and flower motifs - each piece a small work of art for festive decoration. Whether on the Easter shrub, as a highlight on the Easter table or as a special gift - these detailed porcelain designs perfectly capture the lightness and joy of spring.

The collection, centered around the renowned Hutschenreuther ‘Porcelain Egg,’ will expand this year with new limited-edition pieces: The porcelain egg showcases a pair of blue tits with a whimsical bow design. Accompanying it is a porcelain heart adorned with a blue tit motif and the year’s decoration, as well as a flower bell that embodies the ‘Spring Melody’ theme with its delicate floral and bird design. Additionally, three mini eggs and three mini hearts featuring springtime daffodil motifs in white, yellow, and orange round out the collection, offering countless possibilities for a vibrant Easter display

Nora Spring Vibes

For several years, the playful Hutschenreuther collection, “Nora Spring Vibes,” has delighted with its romantic attention to detail and unique floral arrangements. Gentle spring flowers gracefully adorn the edges of bone china breakfast and dinner plates, bowls, and dishes. On the cups, flowers appear to bloom from beneath, while coffee and espresso saucers feature a delicate yellow and blue butterfly. This year, the collection is expanded with a square and an oval platter, perfect as centerpieces and for serving cakes and pastries. Additionally, a round bowl and a flowershaped bowl complete the range.

New animal motif: Bird

This year, the bird motif also graces the Easter table. Following the rabbit, goose, and cat from previous years, the new ‘Bird’ vase in the finest white porcelain, available in two sizes (10 cm and 14 cm), combines an animal shape with elegant design.

Flower Minis

For a perfect gift, Hutschenreuther is decorating its popular “Flower Minis” in bone china with intricate floral designs inspired by the motifs of the Spring Vibes collection. Each of the six mini versions of the iconic vases from Hutschenreuther’s history features a distinct floral motif: bluebells, forget-me-nots, meadowsweet, panicle, globe thistle, buttercup, and red peony. Their varied shapes – from bulbous to slender to spherical – allow for creative floral arrangements.

More Spring and Easter collections

Awaken nature from hibernation with the new Hutschenreuther spring collections. When the days get longer and nature is covered in the first delicate green, it's time for an imaginative journey into the magical world of spring flowers, birds and butterflies. Colorful decorations full of poetry adorn gift items made of porcelain and glass:

Hutschenreuther - Porcelain under the banner of the lion

The 20-year-old porcelain painter Carolus Magnus Hutschenreuther laid the foundation for the first private porcelain factory in north-east Bavaria in 1814. Pipe bowls, handleless, richly ornamented cups, but also fruit dishes and dessert plates were some of the hot sellers of that initial period. Since then, Hutschenreuther has emerged as a stylish brand for enjoyable living and ingenious gift ideas. Today, we associate the traditional brand Hutschenreuther with the “Blue Onion” pattern and the timeless “Maria Theresia” design every bit as with the limited article collections – the limited Hutschenreuther Christmas bell, for example, is an inherent part of the Christmas festivities for many people.

Whether spring, summer, autumn or winter, a number of service concepts, seasonal gift ideas and successful article collections kindle the desire for more. This is why Hutschenreuther shows itself in a contemporary modern light in 2014. New collections and a new lion underscore the current look without sacrificing consistency and tradition. Classics like the Maria Theresia design are experiencing a renaissance with new patterns, and gift ideas such as vases, bowls, boxes and figurative decoration articles form a significant part of the Hutschenreuther collections, too.
